Need Help UScutter Mh 871-MK2 cutting straight line when file size hits 91kb....

Ok i did alot of trouble shooting. im not new to this field but im stumped. every file i send over 91kb, the plotter will wig out, feed the material out and cut a line until i turn it off..

Im running windows 10, on a fast computer,
im using a com data port not a usb.
its not static. plotter is grounded.
