Need Help UV Flatbed not printing

Hello,
I'm using a Bossron 1325 UV large format flatbed with Ricoh Gen6 4 heads and BYHX software and boards.
My problem is that the machine print the Nozzles test perfect and if I print and file from the computer through the BYHX printermanager software nothing comes out , only the 4 colors side bar but nothing in between,
i changed the computer with new software installation and I changed the Rip software ( Flexi and Photoprint) still the same, I get a file from a friend that is using the same setup, on his machine it print but on our machine it print only the side bar.
Any suggestions please.

When is the last time you deleted printed jobs in the que and in the RIP software? When the computer (for the UV printer) gets pretty full, I have had this happen on both a CET and a FluidColor UV Flatbed. We have gone to deleting jobs the first of the month when we also check inks levels. We leave about a month's worth in and a few older files we use regularly. Might start with that.

But I reinstalled the whole software again on a new computer, No old jobs and no que, and it prints the Nozzles test and color bars only. Its a weird problem

Does who you purchased the printer from offer any service and support? That is where I would start.
Saw this post also. I'm guessing you may not have correct drivers?

Yes this is me , and i got the software and driver from a friend that is using the same setup, and he send me a Ripped file that he printed on his machine, but didn't work on mine
