Vehicle Templates by VIN#?

Hey all, I seem to remember there was a vendor that offered vehicle templates (for wraps etc.) that you could look up via VIN#. I've looked at all my bookmarks, and I can't seem to find them again. A Google search was equally ineffective. Anybody have any ideas?

Pro Vehicle Outlines lets you search by VIN

We recently found out that Flexi's SAI has a pretty nice selection of vehicle templates by make model and year. Or, you can go straight to the source at Art Station. Again, no VIN#, but make model and year. You can do a separate VIN search to link a vehicle with all the details.
