ADDING to a growing team! Full time position available for EXPERIENCED vehicle wrap and vinyl graphic installer. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of large format printing equipment and have experience making decisions independently in keeping with the company mission of OUTSTANDING service and product installation both in-house or off-site
Monarch DIRECT - Print Signs Wraps Apparel Specialties Design and Strategy is a rapidly growing large format design and print company in Port Charlotte FL and is seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in vehicle wraps & Graphic and all types of signage.

We operate state-of-the-art printing equipment to create vehicle wraps, wall graphics, window graphics, banners, event booths, posters, and custom signs. We're looking for a bright, energetic, and self-motivated signage Installer with a proven track record of amazing installs
Desired Experience/Skills
VEHICLE WRAPPING, print production, laminating, cutting, weeding, mounting, wall wrapping, architectural films, sign production, installation of commercial sign - not required but a asset. Experience operating large format printer including RIP software preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experience in a sign shop, specifically vinyl sign application
Experience using a vinyl plotter, and application of various types of vinyl
Able to troubleshoot signs and figure out solutions to fix them
Skilled in application of large format digital graphics, including vehicle wraps
Must be able to lift sign materials up to 50 lbs. and be in good health
Must have keen awareness of basic sign substrates
Must be experienced using knives and other sign-making/installing tools
Self-motivated and TRUE team player, not looking for “lone wolves”
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and organization skills
Must demonstrate a professional, upbeat, positive attitude, respectful to others
Work well in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
MUST be a team player and have a friendly personality
Preferred skills in:
RIP Programs - Run Large Format Digital Printers

Must have a valid Driver's license with clean driving record.
Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Applicants must live in the Port Charlotte / SW Florida - or willing to move at your own expense
