Versaworks 5 - can’t install 3M profile

Hi guys. I’m running VW 5.5.1 with a Roland vs540..

Not sure if there is a better place to post this. Let me know

I’m trying to install the media profile for 3M 40c-10r.

When I go to add it, it says cannot load profile. Any ideas why this is?

Am I bad? I use mostly 180c but also some 40c on Versa but never use the 3M profile...I have printed on a slightly edited "Generic Vinyl 1" for years...
I print almost all exterior vehicle graphics so I want bright colors...tried the 3M profile but found "Generic Vinyl 1" was a bit brighter during initial testing and havent changed since.
I would rather lay the same dots down on most materials rather than change profiles all the time...unless its a weird material that wont take the amount of ink like maybe perf I use the same settings for everything.

Shure you have a profile which is compatible with Versaworks?

Normally, you should get a RML file for Versaworks, because a ICC without ink limits and linearization is pretty useless.
