Versaworks 7

Hello, I recently picked up a Roland Truevis VG3-540 and have installed Versaworks 7 on a windows 11 computer. When I go to add the printer it automatically pics up the IP address serial number and machine. But when I choose that printer and hit register it comes up with the phrase (Device not found or status not acquired correctly from the device)..... I am not sure what is going on?? Any help would be great!

If you are using VW7, you will have to install DG connect to license the printer. I would just suggest using VW6.
