Versaworks not loading PDFs

Eps and Pdf files have always worked flawlessly on my VersaWorks, but as of late, most pdfs will not load. Even if it is a small, simple pdf, the file gets stuck loading at 90%, and doesn't allow me to click on it to clear it. Eps files still work, but I need to be able to print .pdfs as well.

Any suggestions?
