Can anyone tell me if Roland VersaWorks will work on one of Casey's SuperNova's SignBurst's computers that has 64 Bit processor,for ripping large files, appericate the input.............thanks

Versaworks will run on 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Be aware that it is presently a 32-bit application, but it will run just fine in these 32 and 64 bit OS environments.

Just make sure you are running the lastest version. I believe it's 3.31 they are up to now. Here are the details...

Changes in this version

1. Texture feature has been added to LEC-300/330. A new swatch library for Illustrator named Roland Grapac Bri-o-coat Library.ai is installed in Program Files > Roland VersaWorks > Swatch>Illustrator folder after the update. The swatch library includes 22 textures

2. Quadralign mark for print and cut workflow with GX cutters is now available on XJ-540/640/740 printers. Crop Marks (Print&Cut Alignment) option in Mark tab becomes available after this update is applied. The printer firmware must be updated to version 3.1 or later for this to work.

Issues Fixed in this version

1. Auto nesting by media length does not work.

2. Nested jobs may overlap when the number of copies is increased.

3. Job does not print correctly if all following conditions are met:

a. Place alternated is checked in Clip and Tile

b. Job is rotated 90 or 270 degrees in Layout tab

c. Overlap Type in Clip and Tile is not set to None

d. RIP white Printing is not checked in Job Management
