Viny Express Q100-Blade Starting Position

I have been using the plotter like normal. All of a sudden, every time that I setup a roll of vinyl to cut a job, it pulls out the whole roll of vinyl. No, I do not have it in sheet mode. Does anyone have any suggestions? I changed nothing.
