Suggestions  Vinyl express ouch rollers are terrible to slide.

So we have two vinyl express q42 plotters. The one that is older, it is very hard to slide the pinch rollers unless you have your finger direct under the hole where the pinch roller slides. Anyway to fix this or do I just have to buy new ones? Our other one slide wonderfully.

Hi I would say that the bushings they slide on are probably all cracked. I have a an old gcc that did the same thing. I had a few spares. Check amazon for new pinch rollers, you might get lucky. Or sign warehouse.

Ok. Maybe I will pull them off of there and see if I can see if that is the case. Wonder if you can just buy new bushings?
