Vinyl express Q60 (graphtec) goes nto reverse when vinyl is loaded

Hello Everybody, Our vinyl express q60 goes into reverse and shoots it out the back when we load vinyl. I have tryed turning the machine off and back on while holding the up arrow but that did not solve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Make sure that the instructions read ROLL x REAR SET and not ROLL x FRONT SET.

If it reads the latter, press the plotter's UP arrow to change the instruction to REAR SET.

Thanks Castek, I think that is the issue. It says front set. How can I change that? Thanks

On the control panel (Position Keys): Press the UP arrow when the message is visible. Up or Down arrows will toggle the setting.

Alright never mind I figured it out. Just had to hit the down arrow and now I feel like an idiot. Thanks so much
