Vinyl Separation

I have a patch of vinyl that is separating from the other piece of vinyl, and i have heard of a pen that would work as a cement between the two to keep separation from happening, anyone know what this is called and where I can get it?

Seal it pen. Fellars has them. It is to seal the edges, if it is curling it might be too late.
Solution:use high performance vinyl, and don't tell customers it will last 20 years.
