Vinyl suggestions to apply on acrylic

Hello, I’m trying to make Acrylic trophies and my first try I reversed printed on substance clear vinyl and applied it on the acrylic. However, I get orange peel and a few bubbles.

Is there better vinyl with no orange peel?

Would I just have to use direct to film and sublimate the acrylic using a heat transfer machine ?

Or do I have to buy a flatbed uv printer to print directly on it?

Profane and profane accessories.
Was is a dry or wet app? If dry, try wet. If wet, squeegee with firm, even pressure.

Wet app or run it through the laminator. If running lots of shape cut panels, we've made jigs in the past to run them through the laminator.

No. We use Oracal 3651 clear.

You might want to look at the specs for that substance vinyl you're using though. If it's high tack or some other special vinyl you may want to try some 3651 or similar to play around with.
