Hi, i have a Vs640 and i am constantly getting the issue of magenta nozzles that go missing overnight , a normal clean later and most nozzles come back as you can see in the first picture. Sometimes though normal, medium or powerful doesn't bring them back (and sometimes it does). Overnight soak does bring them back (and sometimes it doesn't) What i cant figure out is why? can anyone shed any light, this has been on going for about 5 months. sometimes the test print is fine for a week and then for a few days it’s impossible to recover no matter which clean method (normal/medium or powerful) via the printer. I have replaced dampers, cap top (OEM), pump, linear strip. Someone has suggested that I make a direct connection of the magenta the lines below the ink cartridges, i.e bypassing the choke valve. If anyone can advise a step by step instruction I would appreciate that as I don't want to start playing with ink lines without knowing the correct procedure (such as cartridges in or out etc)
