VS640 Printing random white lines in Avery print media

Hello everyone, can someone please help me with this issue, the PDF file is perfect and no random lines. Once i rip the file and send to print, random white lines show up at different places. Some time more sometimes less.

Print head firing perfect not one line missing, everything cleaned, wiper felt and encoder strip

Versaworks can do funny things sometimes. As a test, I would export as TIFF, print and see if the white lines disappear.
