So I have 600+ door identification stickers to print, each sticker has a unique door number & also a corresponding colour.
The door numbers are fine, I can pop them in a spreadsheet and load them into VW no probs.
However the different colours i'm stuggling with.
I decided to create a colour variable data field in the spreadsheet & import that into the file so i could at least see what colour each door sticker was meant to be easily in VW.
Ive then globally set the foreground colour to transparent (no colour) and also globally set the background colour to red as the majority of the stickers are red, however Ive then had to individually change the background colour for every sticker that that isnt red through the variable data settings.
Surely there must be a quicker way than changing the colour of each individual sticker, if i could say select all the stickers that were yellow in VW and then change them on mass, this would save no end of time!
The client understandably would like the stickers in numerical order.
Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.
