What font? no sample

Looking for a font that looks very much like this. This is Dynasty Black (also
much like Saloon), but altered I added the spurs and serif on the top of the A.

What is it?

Looks very close to squeezed Davidson Americana...the ampersand looks like it came from another typeface...
