What tactics, methods or changes have ya'll used to increase return sales among your existing base? I work for a shop that's mostly a high volume wholesaler for large, local outfits, so we haven't had to think about this too much. Suggestions?
Just letting them know about all the types of work you do. Don't pressure existing clients, they will buy when they want to buy... but sometimes they don't know ALL what you do. So maybe have a conversation with them or email blast all the different types of work you do.
