VIVALDI.....by Friedrich Peter. Available from Esselte Letraset, Elsner & Flake or URW++
Appears to have a stroke added to it and the "&" horizontally compressed. The best price seems to be from URW++ , through Myfonts @ $19.00 vs. $35.+ from the other type houses.
