Where do you place your grommets on pole banners?

If it's for the city, you might want to check, they typically will have a 10 page spec, because they are bureaucrats, and have to justify their jobs.

We make them often. Place your grommet in each outside corner of the banner inside the stich of the pocket. Do not grommet on stich or in the pocket.
