Will it Stick?

I have my doubts about vinyl adhering to this plastic sheet. Never came up, so figured I'd a sk.

I can't see how anything would stick to that (nothing {no photo})

Not sure what the plastic is but try some of the vinyls like Arlon 8000 that are meant for low energy plastics.

Every time I drop vinyl it doesn't stick until it hits something solid. :-{)
