Won't open vector text file.

I recently saved a simple typed text list in Flexi 8.1.... the file was just text tool, click screen, type stuff in arial font, save file (saved as flexi default).

Then when I went to open the file later, I got a dialog that asks what am I converting from? The dropdown lists a bunch or word processing programs.

I rebooted and was able to open the file again but what happened there? Never saw that one before.
