We have a Vinyl Express Qe60 ( Graphtec Knock Off ) plotter we bought from Sign Warehouse. We keep getting X Axis Alarm when we send job to cut. If we unroll vinyl before we cut, no problem. Think maybe it's sensitivty problem. Any suggestion? 24" cutter w/arm systems. Flexi 7.0.

Yeah with those cutters you have roll out some vinyl because the registration is very sensitive...the very slightest hangup will trigger that alarm. Very annoying but I always prefeed at least a foot more than what the design is to avoid that problem.
