wondering if anyone has any ideas of what may be causing the x axis streaks. just starting doing this it seems to be light dark thing. These are much bigger than the usual y axis streaks from nozzel getting plugged. x axis streaks.jpg

try cleaning the bearing raceways. all 4. Then you need a very light coat of the Mutoh grease. Sometimes the bearing itself is dirty. Use a soft cloth but no liquid. You do not want anything to penetrate the bearing.

Why don't you want to have oil penetrate the bearings? What symptoms will this cause?

Try to use the Wow patterns, these were supposedly created to fix vertical banding issues. Also try playing around with the temperature settings of the profile you are using, set them lower then higher and see what effect this will have when you print the same file.
