slow the speed down & force up. 6 & 275 is what we run.
We do 10 to 30 MX kits a week on our Sp300v.

and ALWAYS use 12(convex) to 15mil(Substance) over lam.

60deg Clean cut blades also.

Nice, good info.

We couldnt find any die hard info on speed, force, passes etc. so we went with that on a test and it worked. I was hoping that someone would have good input, which is why I mentioned all that. Now that that job is done, ill try your settings.. That was 1 cut pass?

These were laminated with a Big Squeegee. I just bought a used laminex superkote, but havent set it up yet

Nice designs , do you have more? send me a PM!

I've never really showed stuff off here before, but I really dig this type of work, so here is some of my older stuff. I'd love to see some more myself on here as well.

I've been using the 6mil 7mil convex combo, but I just got some substance in to test out. Itching to make the switch.

I never do a double cut through Versaworks, as the cut line can be off slightly. But you can add 2 cut lines in the file if needed.

Good knowledge.. thanks for sharing that, I did notice a slight bit of "stringing" (for lack of a better term) that seemed like the cuts werent exactly on point, so there were tiny strands in a couple of places
