Yeloow Haze up in my black .....Scuse me while my head I smack!! (Not Jimmy Hendrix)

I have a Yellow haze that comes and goes...mostly comes ...sometimes it is very small as in 1'16 of an inch????Occurs on mostly black or dark green????
