If you have 100% verified ink flow through the head and captop, check both fuses on the Main Board. There are 2 fuses, one for each head. If they are bad, replace (solder on style). If they are good, test circuit. If circuit is good, bad head.

Did you end up with the Ricoh? I was looking at a Mutoh PJ but because of tariffs my distributor said It would be $200,000 now. They sre quoting me $149,900 for the Ricoh with dual White.
I am wondering if you are happy and trying to figure out if I am getting a good deal.

Bn20 won’t print ink coming through the head when cleaning but the head will not fire I have tested the fuses on the main board and they are ok but no print when set up can you help

Having a water route error. Purged air from line pump looked like it was struggling but was working. Tubes weren't as warm but we had powered off for a bit. Anyone have the same thing before. I have ordered a pump and will replace that but was wondering what other issues could cause. Water antifreeze ratio was correct as well.
