Help my print and cuts are way off!

I have a Graphtec 8600 64" running off Cut Master 4

I been printing and cutting for years, suddenly this happened. Cuts are going way outside the bleed. Not sure what or why. I ran an offset diagnostic and if I am doing it right its way off, but my counter measures did nothing.

Oddly a cut force problem I was having previously has gotten better. Someone mentioned this could be tires on rollers?

Quit buggin' me
I have the economy (cheap CE) Graphtec and had the same issue - bought all new grit rollers - problem solved.

I came here to say when I replaced the rollers on my Roland it fixed the issue. They get misshapen and/or shrink over time so the machine doesn't have a way to calibrate for it. Make sure the clips holding the rollers doesn't have any cracks in it either. That is pretty common as well.
