Yeah! I have decided to cut my stickers the way the machine was really designed, which is Contour Cut or "kiss cut" AKA, the blade not going all the way through the vinyl and the backing. Saves on blades, and cut strips. Fun fact, the BN2-20 is so new that they don't have cut strip replacements...

I appreciate everyone's help so much. I can not tell you how helpful you have all been with this incredibly frustrating issue. Ever since I got the machine, I have been struggling. This has been the only place that people responded to me with help. Thank you all

You got it right! I was cropping it way too close. I have been giving a little bit of padding around the design and they have been coming in perfect every time. Thanks a ton

Exported as EPS....same results. Looks fine in Flexi. But once it gets into VW....it wont complete that cut line at the bottom.

Yeah, I will try to give it some room in PS. Maybe that will help...

No open nodes as I am in Flexi Dsigner....at least that I can see. No floating pixels or anything like that either. The background (alpha) is clean as far as I can tell.
