CET Printhead won't heat up

We are running a Spectra Polaris PQ-512 in our CET Printer and can't get it to heat up.

Anyone else run into this issue and have a fix?

Let me know.

Those print heads have a small ribbon cable on each side that heat the print head. If they are loose or not connected, it will not heat the head properly. You can try reseating the ribbon cable on each side. If that doesn't work, than the heater in the head is no good.
