Hoping someone can help me out.
I'm running colargate PS7 with my Roland SC-545 printer.
All of a sudden I can't seem to print files, there seems to be a connection issue.
When I send a file to print it stays printing at 0% and the busy light on my Roland doesn't flash like usual when receiving a file so I know there is an issue with connectivity.
I'm new to this software and sign machine any help would be greatly appreciated.
Connected via ip port.
It was working fine yesterday but now it's not.
Happened before and I restarted the laptop and Roland machine and it fixed the issue but I've tried it multiple times and no help.
