You shouldn't have to go too slow. We print banner on 4 pass and it dries fine.. id try turning off all heaters but the last one, and using regular speed.

We just printed 4 rolls of smooth banner, not one curl or defect... You can nail down a fast good profile, you just have to play with it.

I am 16 pass...I thought at lower passes you needed more heat? Any chance you could snap a picture of your settings? what banner are you running?
