whats a good edge sealer for this application? having some peeling around the edges due to powerwashing...

If they are power washing the prints no edge sealer will hold up to that.
At least that I know of.

For that abuse, I can only think of a silicone or polyurethane sealer. 3M makes a skid resistant formula that I would imagine have some strength, but power washer strength? Maybe a ribbon of 3M Crystal Clear Sealant 230 ??

Clear epoxy. Latex caulk. Automotive clear coat.
