Difference between CG-FX and CG-FX II?

Our Summa D140 has recently developed an OPOS issue. Considering a used CG-FX and looking for feedback. Only questions I have are what are the differences between the FX and FX II, and does the Mimaki registration system have any issue with UV laminates? Our Summa was fine (red laser) but on some UV laminates it had difficulty recognizing reg marks, Summa have now changed to white light systems to overcome the issue.

Fair value for a 2007 CG-160 FX unit?
