Envision blade clamp wear

Our Envision 375 blade holder clamp doesn't tighten due to wear.

It has the small wing bolt type of fixing, the wear appears to be in the retainer not the bolt.

Has anyone sourced the wing bolt + retainer then replaced them? - thanks.

The small wing bolt is not a replaceable part. You would need to purchase a new carriage P81868A CARRIAGE ASSY. On the plus side the new carriage has an improved design with a replaceable thumb screw.

Thanks Adam.

When the bolt finally won't stay fastened I'll try replacing it, possible with a captive thread and knurled nut.
