I have Flexi 11 SP6. I can RIP a PDF to a banner and 75% of the time it RIPs in 5 minutes or less (4x8) and prints out fine. The other 25% it takes a long time, sometimes over an hour, and prints super heavy - 300-400% across the entire print (hopefully I stop it in the first few inches). It seems to do with transparency in the PDF and a large picture in the background. The funny thing is it can be the same file that works fine and other times it doesn't. Any ideas?
