Gaps in nozzle test

Hi,

I have a Roland vg2, it's been running fine until this last week I have gaps in Magenta in A. I have cleaned it manually, heavy clean, emptied damper (advised by roland) and still it has gaps. All other colours are fine and magenta is fine in B

. Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fox this before I have to spend hundreds getting roland out? It's quite cold in the unit, not ideal I know (waiting for heating to be fitted).

As long as it's not from a head strike, soaking the head might bring it back. That's where I would start.

Not really much else to add, it was printing OK, then I did the usual test print when I got to the unit and it had gaps.
