so we've had our jv33 for 9(ish) years and even though it's a little old and tired this things really runs like a racehorse. We bought an HP 330 2 years ago and hate it. Can't get consistent color to save out life.
We've just been fans of the mimaki and its dependability over the years and looking at the JV300 and the main thing I was told was that the inks didn't smell as bad as the old SS21 inks which were running now. It'll be a bummer to have to go back to letting prints off gas but I just can't take the color inconsistency anymore with this latex. We'll also be converting our rip as well to help with color management.
