Suggestions LED Rope lighting

I'm in the process of creating an indoor LED backlit (outer glow) laser cut acrylic sign. Typically I would just use a ribbon type LED strip on a job like this, but this job is a little different, and I'd like to use an LED rope.

I need to basically outline the antlers of a deer so I'd like to Be able to cut the length & wire in power to the ends likethe ribbon type LED. Is this available anywhere?
