Onyx - Arizona 460 XT Production Issue

Just purchased an Arizona 480 XT to run alongside our existing 660XT, I have the printer setup and have downloaded profiles for the Marabu DUV-GR inks, all works fine when ripping through to machine in both quality and production modes, however when I try to print in production mode I get an 'Error: Invalid job parameter' & 'Error: Print failed', the quality mode works fine...

Can anyone help at all?

im going to do a wild guess that a profile is corrupt.
and running 2 of these machines, sure at some point you'd be creating your own profiles?
