Hope everyone had a good weekend and for those of us who elected to work today, I hope you are done and relaxing now.
We came in this morning to a new error in Onyx 21.
For some reason, whenever we tried to open any ps file (.ai , .EPs or .pdf) we were met with this. We have used this rip back from V19 and always opened .AI files (as we do so in our other rip) with no issues at all.
I have spent 2 hours scratching my head today trying to work out what could have gone wrong.
I have cleared the work folder as a precaution but no change.
We can process rasterized images such as .tiff and .jpg so have a short-term workaround.
Can anyone shed light on what this may be?
