This piece is called 'HoneyBrook', it was made from 838 cut-vinyl pieces and twenty colours. Everything is cut-vinyl. Points of interest include the background woodgraining created by overlaying 303 pieces of mid-Green over a dark Green panel. Also, the effect of a 'planked' panel with edge splits (an effect that was developed further in the later 'Barclay Park' sign) and the horses head which extends outside the oval feature. There's not one single awkward overlap in this entire sign - all 838 pieces were welded in different stages to create the best finish possible. As with all the 'Exhibition Grade' signs - this piece was designed by me, using some hand drawn original elements and then compiled direct to screen using just a mouse.
