Layout for a buiding sign. The final sign was built as a cabinet with pan channel letters for the "TapHouse" and the banner readign "Bar and Grill" extruding from the cabinet. An old half whiskey barrel, like those commonly found a landscape shops, was mounted on the sign and accented with an old beer tap the sign contractor found at a thrift store. The texture on both the "Tap House" and the cabinet were simplfied in the final sign --- with red for the lettering and dark green for the cabinet.
Of course, I use to have a real pictures of this, but they're somewhere in digital heaven and 800 miles away now.
