I purchased an ObeliskNext wire cutter on clearance. However, when we opened the box, the software was missing. I contacted the company but haven't had any luck. Does anyone have a copy of this software? Also, does it require a dongle? Thanks

I have a Seal Base 62 that has no power. The fuses are good, and the breakers were not tripped. There is power at the end of the cord, but on the inside part of the outlet, there is no power. Could it be the filter? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for your advice. I had to replace all the carriages with new OEM ones, and it worked. I'm not sure what the issue was that caused the hiccup.
