obelisk next software

I purchased an ObeliskNext wire cutter on clearance. However, when we opened the box, the software was missing. I contacted the company but haven't had any luck. Does anyone have a copy of this software? Also, does it require a dongle?

Clearance from them or from a 3rd party? If it was from them, it might just have a serial number for the software somewhere and just need to give them that for the software download.
