We got a new Mimaki JV33 and during first time startup, the machine just recognizes the 2 mag cartridges and does not go on with the filling.
We followed the install process as described in the startup procedure, slecting the ink type and the ink config, inserting the startup cartridges and replacing them with the inks, when the system asks for. but we are stuck after inserting the ink cartridges and the system does not fill the pipes with ink.

Run a cleaning cycle and make sure the ink is flowing through all the heads and out into the waste container. If the pumps or lines are clogged, the ink will back up in the capping station.
