  1. Breaking bits on MDO

    I don't think you can have it both ways, you either need to slow the travel speed or the depth of the cut. I prefer to cut fast but at a shallow depth and do multiple passes.

    I use double sided tape to hold the aluminium in place. Cut slowly with a lubricant and not too deeply on each pass.
