Just setting something up for cut this morning and the "head" stopped responding. Tried unplugging and restarting but still no head movement. Any ideas as I'm thinking the motor would be the culprit?
Thanks,
The cleaner runs through pretty fast so I would guess the pump. This is on the black head and it's printing fine so I hate to mess anything up but I don't' want to dry out a head. What would you recommend doing and were is the location of the pumps?
So I do a nozzle wash everything other day and this morning I noticed a problem. When I apply the liquid it usually puddles in that color but the black is just running through. What could be the problem?
Thanks,
Yes but I can't remember good enough to tell you how to do it. One of our supplies far from normal showed us how to do it. If I had the Roland software in front of me I could probably find it. I'm not the designer just sales / management so all of this type of stuff is done by someone else I...
I'm from the Roland world and with there software you can add what's called an easy weed. It there a way to use this type of feature with Illustrator? It adds extra cut lines to make weeding easier / quicker. We use fine cut and a Mimikai plotter.
My cut is way off from my print. How do I do an alignment or what is needed? I'm new to Mimaki as I came from Roland at my last job. We have a JV3-160SP and a CG-160FX.
Thanks!
