Does anyone know of a good installer training program for printed wall graphics, vinyl, window film etc.... Wanting to send a couple of my guys to train. We are a small in-house sign shop and are getting a lot of requests for wall art and window film.

Its their worksite, they set the rules. Unfortunately if you want their business you have to play their games. I think its BS but that's the way it goes.

This will work for the edge, but I need to reach into the center of a 10" disc. Thinking a deep throat press. Just not sure if it will crack the acrylic.
We have a request to make a clock like sign with a spinning disk. Kind of like those "We will return at this time" signs you see on business doors. Want a sign printed on 1/8" acrylic with a poly of acrylic dial.
My issue is how to attach the two so it will spin. Need to put a small grommet or...
What do you guys recommend for nesting software for router cutting? We recently added a Zund cutter and cut a ton of acrylic letters for signage. The Zund nesting is just an obscene price. Is there a plug in for Adobe illustrator? or something along those lines that is a reasonable price?
