Does Gerber still make Fireball Red foils? Everywhere seems to be out of stock.

I'm sure the answer will be to knock it down to printing in "Edge I" mode (300 x 300)

Gerber discontinued the Matte Clear in 2018. I just use Abrasion Guard SPF if someone wants the gloss knocked down.

Print minutes is time actually printing. I've been through two power supplies (one lasted less than 8 months. Still peeved about that), and a print head data cable. Other than that, the machine's been a workshorse!

I was under the impression the print heads are the same across all three models - all of which are limited to 300 dpi along the head axis. And at 70K print minutes, you should have lots of life left in that machine. Mine's currently sitting at 908723 !

To me, that doesn't look like scratches. Looks like what happens when the foil gets "wrinkled" before/during the print process. Does it happen on all your foils? Or just this red one? Your settings look fine.
